Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer with a focus on concrete work to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in various construction projects, assisting with concrete preparation, installation, and general site preparation. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute to the successful completion of high-quality structures.

Duties

- Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes to ensure smooth and durable surfaces
- Support rebar installation and placement according to project schematics and blueprints
- Operate heavy equipment such as mixers, compactors,
- Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling
- Perform masonry tasks including laying bricks or blocks and restoring existing structures as needed




- Conduct demolition, site cleanup, and preparation activities to maintain a secure work environment

Requirements

- Willing to train the right applicant with the right attitude
- Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with heavy equipment operation and basic repairs
- Skills in concrete forming, finishing, rebar installation, masonry, and flooring installation are highly desirable
- Experience with welding, caulking, renovation work, and the use of hand tools and power tools is an asset
- Physically capable of heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and working in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and construction site hazards
- Can work individually

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
