Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment around the site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople
- Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and injuries
- Help with minor site repairs or assembly tasks
- Operate basic machinery or equipment if certified and trained to do so

Requirements





- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Excellent attention to safety procedures and guidelines
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team environment

This role is paid, in addition to the hourly wage cell phone allowance is included, yearly work boot allowance and benefits included. This position offers valuable experience in the construction industry while supporting your professional growth.
