Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to assist with landscaping, hardscape, and rooftop landscape/hardscape projects. This role involves supporting a crew with site preparation, material handling, installation work, and general property improvement projects.

Labourers will work in a physically demanding outdoor setting and may assist with a variety of projects including landscaping, patio stone installation, and rooftop landscape/hardscape work. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working as part of a team in construction-style environments.

This position offers opportunities for additional hours and advancement into more skilled roles as experience is gained.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with landscaping and hardscape installation projects
- Support site preparation, grading, and material placement
- Assist with patio stone and paver installation
- Move and distribute materials such as stone, gravel, soil, and landscaping supplies
- Assist with tools, equipment setup, and jobsite organization
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and compactors
- Follow company safety procedures and jobsite requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding labour




- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials
- Robust work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Construction or landscaping experience is an asset but not required

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)

- Experience in landscaping, construction, or hardscape installation
- Experience with patio stones, pavers, or landscape construction
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Fall Protection certification is required for certain projects (training may be provided if necessary)
- Construction or landscaping experience is an asset but not required

Work Environment

- Outdoor construction and landscaping environments in various weather conditions
- Residential and commercial project sites
- May include rooftop landscape or hardscape work depending on project requirements
