Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Package finished products for shipment
- Operate machinery, such as chop saws, Resaws, moulders and Finger Joint machines
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Assist with setup and maintenance of equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Familiarity with forklifts is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills




- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
