Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe, organized work workplace. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically capable, and eager to contribute to team success in a dynamic setting.

Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as needed
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects or tasks
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance to keep workspaces safe and organized
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Support inventory management by organizing supplies and materials

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures




- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar manual labor roles is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
