We are seeking a motivated and versatile General Labourer/Renovator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various renovation and construction projects, ensuring that work progresses smoothly and efficiently. Duties

- Assist with demolition, site cleanup, and preparation for renovation or construction activities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to carry out tasks such as demo, framing, drywall, taping mudding, flooring, trim, paint, bathrooms, basements and concrete work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements
- Perform carpentry tasks including cabinet installation, flooring, tile laying, and framing
- Apply finishing techniques such as painting, caulking, concrete finishing, or restoration work to enhance project quality
- Support plumbing, electrical,



and HVAC installations by preparing materials and assisting skilled tradespeople
- Ensure job sites are organized, clean, and secure by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment

Experience

- Previous construction experience or hands-on renovation work preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, or construction estimating is a plus
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation enhances performance on the job
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively within a team environment
