We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across different projects, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work setting.
Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support team members in construction, maintenance, or manufacturing tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Help with site preparation, organization, and cleanup activities
- Perform other general duties as assigned to support project completion
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
