We design and build custom electrical and mechanical systems for drilling rig platforms, working with major operators and drilling contractors across Western Canada and the United States.

Job Summary

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Shop Labourer to support our fabrication and assembly teams. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to build a career in industrial fabrication, electrical assembly, or the oilfield services sector. No prior experience required — training will be provided on the job.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist tradespeople (welders, electricians, fabricators) with material handling, tool prep, and general shop support
- Load, unload, and organize materials, parts, and equipment
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe (housekeeping, sweeping, waste disposal)
- Perform general shop cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, wiping down equipment and workbenches, and disposing of scrap and debris
- Clean and organize tools, storage areas, and common areas as required




- Assist with washroom and break room cleanliness as needed
- Assist with rigging, lifting, and moving of components using overhead cranes, forklifts, or hand tools (training provided)
- Support basic assembly tasks under supervision
- Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Other duties as assigned by shop supervisor

Requirements

- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a shop environment
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Valid driver's license considered an asset
- Forklift or loader operating experience considered an asset
- Previous shop, warehouse, or labour experience an asset but not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
