Responsibilities

- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete tasks efficiently.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and safety protocols.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while on the job site.
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed during various projects.

Requirements





- Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Solid work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor setting is a plus.
