General Manager

Duties

- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Create and maintain a positive work setting for employees.

- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues in a timely manner.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate operations and achieve organizational goals.

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance business performance.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees.
