Skyline is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure top-notch service and upkeep for its apartment buildings. With a minimum of two years’ experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, you'll handle tasks like cleaning common areas and performing repairs in occupied and vacant units. Your role supports tenant satisfaction through diligent maintenance efforts and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs in occupied units
• Complete accurate maintenance logs and time sheets
• Repair and clean vacant units during turnover




• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and ensure functionality of safety equipment
• Manage garbage and keep storage areas tidy
Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ experience in HVAC or related fields
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with insurance may be needed
• Proficient in Word, Excel and email/web
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
