Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our retail operations with passion and precision. Responsibilities

- Lead daily store operations ensuring smooth functioning across all departments
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve high performance standards
- Manage sales strategies, pricing, and merchandising to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory purchasing, stock levels, and POS (Point of Sale) systems for efficient transactions
- Supervise cash handling procedures, payroll processing, and bookkeeping activities with accuracy
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, coaching, and leadership
- Conduct interviews for hiring new staff and evaluate team performance regularly
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability in sales management, merchandising, and inventory control
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, and pricing strategies
- Proficient in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and payroll processes




- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in administrative tasks
- Experience in budgeting, marketing initiatives, and sales growth strategies
- Supervising experience in retail sales environments is essential
- Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities
