General Manager – Restaurant Food and Beverage

Blue Mountain, Ontario | Full-Time

We are a growing hospitality group operating multiple food and beverage concepts in and around Blue Mountain, and we are always interested in meeting exceptional hospitality leaders as we continue to strengthen our existing operations and plan for future opportunities.

We are currently building our leadership team and are seeking experienced General Manager candidates for current and future management opportunities within our Blue Mountain locations.

This is not an office-based management role. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being on the floor, leading people, interacting with guests and taking ownership of the operation.

You know how to create a restaurant where:

- Guests feel genuinely welcomed and looked after
- Staff understand expectations and are held accountable to them
- Service standards remain high even when the restaurant is extremely busy
- Cleanliness, food quality and presentation are never compromised
- Labour and food costs are actively managed
- Problems are addressed immediately rather than allowed to become habits
- The team has structure, direction and solid leadership

We care greatly about experience, but leadership ability and people skills matter just as much. You should be comfortable hiring, training and developing a team; managing schedules and labour; overseeing inventory and food costs; maintaining operational standards; handling guest recovery; and being present during the busiest periods of the business.
