Experience

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and project management.
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Prior experience managing budgets, resources, and complex projects is essential.
