As General Manager, Academic, you will lead the global growth and success of Henry Schein One’s Academic Product portfolio. With full P&L; accountability, you’ll drive revenue, profitability, and market share through innovative sales and marketing strategies, operational excellence, and customer success. This role requires a dynamic leader who can scale SaaS businesses internationally, build and inspire cross-functional teams, and strengthen our partnerships across academic institutions, dental distributors, and global industry bodies.

You will be responsible for ensuring Henry Schein One continues to set the standard for academic dental software worldwide. Lead the global Academic Product portfolio, accountable for revenue, profitability, and market share. Ensure excellence in customer service, onboarding, and technical support.

Build and sustain a high-performance culture with strong engagement and recognition. Represent HSOne at industry associations and academic communities, building market leadership and influence. Partner with global product/tech leaders to translate customer and market needs into scalable product innovation. 10+ years of progressive leadership in Enterprise SaaS,



selling into public sector ~ Strong commercial and financial acumen - revenue, growth, budgeting. ~ Experience leading cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Customer Success). ~ Familiarity with software development methodologies and how they align to business outcomes. ~ Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and collaboration skills. ~ Experience coaching leaders and developing talent while delivering results. ~ Support & Implementation Technical Services Online Assessments – behavioral and cognitive assessments (Predictive Index) to help us understand your natural working style.
