Job Description

Order-taking service (orders taken by telephone, fax, or email; however, this is not a call center)

Customer service (account opening, follow-ups, etc.)

General office duties

Create a positive customer service experience by understanding and responding to customers’ needs quickly and professionally.





We provide in-house training to ensure that you have a positive understanding of the various tasks.

Required Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual (fluent spoken and written English and French)

Ability to multitask

Ability to learn quickly and stay organized

Ability to work as part of a team

Enjoy dealing with customers over the phone and providing professional service

Willingness to exceed our customers’ service expectations

Strong attention to detail is essential

Sales-oriented

Basic computer knowledge (Word and Excel)

Knowledge of customer database management software is an asset

Working Conditions

Competitive salary

Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday

No overtime

Salary offered: based on experience
