Mission Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Health and Safety Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing prevention strategies while coordinating key OHS projects.In this position, you will have the chance to:Coordinate various health and safety projects targeted within the strategic and operational planPromote an OHS culture across all operations and coordinate prevention activitiesConduct risk analyses of equipment and operations, as well as ergonomic analyses, and propose engineering solutions to control themDeploy a program to adapt to health and safety laws, standards, and regulations and ensure they are enforcedProvide technical expertise in the implementation of prevention solutionsSupport teams in the deployment of various OHS directivesProvide support during investigations and analysis of accidental events in order to identify root causes, corrective actions, and follow-upsSupport operations for training related to health and safetyYour expertise can transform our safety culture!
