Ledcor is seeking an HS&E; Advisor to lead the execution and enhancement of health and safety programs for telecommunications projects. You will develop Job Hazard Analyses and Safe Work Practices, and support operations to meet Ledcor Leading Indicator requirements.

You will partner with field teams to implement procedures, train staff, and drive continuous HS&E; improvement across sites in Western Canada. Robust communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
