Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the technical development process from concept to pre-production • Maintain and modify digital patterns in Gerber AccuMark • Lead garment fittings and document fit notes • Coordinate with local and overseas manufacturers for construction details • Support continuous technical improvement efforts
Requirements: • Fashion Design degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years of technical design experience • Proficiency in Gerber AccuMark and grading practices • Strong understanding of garment construction and fitting • Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities
