As a key member of the team, you will implement lean strategies that improve operational performance and product delivery. Your responsibilities will include coaching staff on lean methodologies, facilitating troubleshooting techniques, and optimizing workflows. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate training on Lean tools to improve processes

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing operations
• Strong understanding of Lean principles
• Proven experience in process improvement initiatives
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
