In this full-time position on a continental shift, you'll leverage your mechanical expertise to ensure optimal operation of our automated pizza production lines. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining machinery, troubleshooting PLC systems, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks
• Build and maintain production equipment
• Implement preventative maintenance programs
• Address PLC system troubleshooting needs
• Uphold HACCP food safety measures
Requirements:
• Licensed Millwright (433A) certification
• Experience in mechanical maintenance in food sectors
• Familiarity with HVAC and automated systems
• Capability to manage heavy loads
• Readiness to work rotating 12-hour shifts
