Air North is currently seeking a permanent full time Baker at our Whitehorse operation. The role leads the retail/baking department, prepares baked goods for Air North flight kitchens and the Black Wolf Bistro, and reports to the Chef & Manager of Catering and Cabin Services.
You will prepare all aspects of food production to standard, bake a wide range of products, and contribute to training and team leadership while ensuring food safety and efficient production schedules.
