Experienced Glazier / Installer

Full-Time | Hourly | Growth Opportunity

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Glazier / Installer to join our team, with experience in commercial window, door, and framing installations.

This role is suited for an industry professional with strong technical ability, independent jobsite experience, and confidence handling commercial glazing systems. Residential work will be required, with the majority of projects involving commercial installations and service work.

We are a dedicated team of employees and are actively building toward our next stage of growth. The Role: Experienced Glazier / Installer

This position is responsible for executing commercial glazing projects and supporting complex installations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Install commercial aluminum framing systems
- Install commercial entry systems and doors
- Measure, cut,



and install glass accurately
- Interpret shop drawings and project specifications
- Perform service calls and on-site adjustments
- Remove and replace sealed units and damaged components
- Ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers and team members
- Maintain organized tools, materials, and job documentation

This role requires independent problem-solving and a high level of craftsmanship.

What You Bring

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the glazing industry or related work
- Experience with commercial building systems
- Experience installing sealed units, doors, and hardware
- Working knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Proven problem-solving ability in active construction environments
- Experience troubleshooting worn hardware and performing field adjustments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills when coordinating with site contacts, contractors, salesmen, and supervisors

Formal education is not required. Demonstrated field experience and proven capability are essential.

Compensation Structure

- Hourly Wage: To be discussed (based on experience and capability)
- Overtime opportunities

Compensation is reflective of skill level, efficiency,



and ability to complete projects independently.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Full-Time
