The Global Director of IT is responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and management of the organization's global IT infrastructure and systems and Lead Digital Transformation. This role involves overseeing the implementation of technology solutions to support business objectives, ensuring data security and compliance, and driving innovation to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with organizational goals and deliver scalable and reliable IT services worldwide.

- Minimum of 10 years in IT leadership roles (Director/ Manager level)

- Proven experience supporting multi-site and/or multinational operations

- Developing and executing global IT strategy aligned to business objectives

- Leading digital transformation initiatives (ERP, cloud, automation, data analytics)

- Driving standardization across global sites (systems, processes, cybersecurity)

- Managing regional IT teams, experience with matrixed organizations and cross functional leadership.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities

- Develop and execute a global IT strategy aligned with overall business objectives

- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on technology investments and initiatives





- Drive digital transformation across global operations, translate business needs into technology solutions

- Manage global IT budget and capital planning

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

- Oversee end-to-end IT operations across all global sites (infrastructure, applications, service delivery)

- Ensure high system availability, performance, and scalability and monitor IT KPI’s

- Lead global cybersecurity strategy and risk management programs

- Oversee implementation and optimization of: ERP, MES, HRIS (Dayforce), and other enterprise systems

- Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures

- Ensure readiness for: internal audits, external audits (customer, regulatory, TISAX)

Pay: $160,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
