Join the Rights and Resources Initiative (RRI) as the CLARIFI Program Manager, focusing on community land rights. This full-time position in Montreal allows for two remote workdays per week. In this leadership role, you’ll manage the full grant lifecycle, ensuring financial accountability and compliance while supporting Indigenous Peoples and local communities.

You will lead a team to implement strategic grantmaking initiatives, coordinate with regional facilitators, and enhance program impact through effective monitoring and evaluation practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire CLARIFI grant lifecycle
- Manage compliance documentation and contract agreements
- Balance donor requirements with community support




- Supervise and mentor a team of CLARIFI Associates
- Drive continuous improvement in grantmaking processes Requirements:
- Experience in complex, multi-country program management
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Knowledge in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
- Financial oversight and budget management experience
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Contribute to advancing Indigenous rights and community conservation efforts through strategic leadership and cooperative grant management in Montreal.
