Manulife seeks a senior AVP, Global People Services (Rewards) to lead global payroll and rewards operations for ~40,000 employees. You will set strategy, drive governance, and partner across functions to deliver accurate, compliant services.

You will manage a 75-member global team across NA, Europe, and Asia, orchestrating transformation initiatives, automation, and vendor relationships to improve employee experience and business outcomes. Hybrid work in Canada.
