About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Strategy and Delivery for its Personal Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the 3-year core strategy across products, experience, and loyalty expansion. This role requires acting as a strategic thought partner, providing business management support to the senior leadership team, and assessing and prioritizing core strategic programs. The VP will also lead the loyalty expansion strategy and chair a new governance process for points usage. In addition to strategy,



the role involves owning the planning and prioritization of all CapEx for the personal bank, leading a capital allocation framework, and partnering with finance and digital on budgeting and forecasting. Stakeholder and risk management are also key aspects of the position, including building trusted relationships and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.

Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate strategy, delivery/portfolio management, and financial services or a comparably regulated industry. Robust financial acumen, experience in building or scaling a PMO/delivery function, and a proven track record in people leadership are essential. The role demands the ability to influence senior executives, particularly in agile operating environments, and a commitment to applying the company's risk appetite and culture to all strategic, capital, and delivery decisions.
