Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care according to physician orders
• Facilitate excellent nursing and personal care practices
• Foster a welcoming and supportive resident environment
• Communicate regularly with residents and their families
• Supervise Personal Support Workers in the unit
Requirements:
• Valid Registered Practical Nurse license in Ontario
• Experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation preferred
• Ability to foster a positive workplace workplace
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
