As the Kanikonriio Program Manager, you will play a key role in supervising staff and developing essential programs that cater to the needs of at-risk youth. This position requires a robust foundation in crisis services, cultural workshops, and effective communication to facilitate support for Indigenous communities. Your leadership will guide the monitoring and evaluation of programs aimed at enhancing mental health and resilience among youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage staff and oversee the youth-focused programs • Design and implement cultural workshops and activities • Provide crisis intervention support for students and families • Conduct team training and performance evaluations • Maintain accurate records and reports for program activities
Requirements: • University degree in Social Services or equivalent experience • At least two years working with Indigenous youth • Supervisory experience beneficial • Proficiency in business software • CPR First Aid certification required or to be obtained
