Key Responsibilities:



• Create and deliver engaging eLearning and training sessions • Coordinate and write educational materials for dealers • Manage the Learning Management System and user support • Collaborate on documentation needs for various products • Maintain quality control for all departmental content

Requirements: • Bachelor's or diploma in Adult Education or related field • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills • Familiarity with software like Adobe InDesign • Experience in retail or graphic design is a plus
