You'll facilitate communication, assist in personal care, and help develop goals to create fulfilling lives for those you support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals in daily living activities
• Implement effective communication techniques
• Empower individuals to achieve personal objectives
• Provide personal care as needed, including medication assistance
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
Requirements:
• Certification in relevant human services field
• Background in supporting individuals with disabilities
• Proficient in ASL or SEE communication methods
• Clean driver's abstract and access to a reliable vehicle
• Physical ability to lift 35-50 lbs
