The Opportunity

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can turn concepts into polished, memorable designs. You’ll work on a diverse range of projects, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and contribute fresh ideas to our visual identity and creative direction.

What You’ll Do

- Create engaging graphics for digital, print, social media, marketing, and promotional materials
- Develop concepts, layouts, typography, colour palettes, and visual assets
- Translate creative briefs and business objectives into effective design solutions
- Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and other team members throughout the design process
- Prepare final artwork for digital and print production
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Stay current with design trends, tools, technologies, and emerging creative styles
- Contribute creative ideas that elevate campaigns and strengthen the Lazarus Graphics brand

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications,



or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and design fundamentals
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
