Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Greenhouse and Agriculture Worker, where you will play a vital role in cultivating healthy plants and maintaining efficient greenhouse operations. Responsibilities

- Assist with planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting crops within the greenhouse environment
- Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution for all plants
- Use hand tools and mechanical equipment to support plant maintenance and greenhouse setup
- Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and light levels to promote healthy growth
- Perform routine inspections of plants for pests, diseases, or deficiencies and take appropriate action
- Handle heavy lifting tasks related to soil bags,



plant containers, or equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of horticulture practices and gardening techniques
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with gardening tools and equipment preferred
- Ability to operate irrigation systems and understand plant watering needs
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
- Robust attention to detail with basic math skills for measurements and record keeping
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and follow safety protocols
- Prior experience with hand tools or mechanical devices is a plus but not required; training will be provided
