Are you energetic, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment? We’re looking for a Grill Operator to join our team!
What You’ll Do
- Prepare burgers, chicken, and other menu items according to Wendy’s standards
- Operate and maintain grill and kitchen equipment safely
- Ensure food is cooked properly and served fresh
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures
- Keep the grill and work areas clean and organized
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Provide friendly, productive service to our guests
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow food safety and workplace procedures
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset, but training is provided
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
