As a Senior Electrical Designer, you will lead the electrical design process, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Mentoring junior staff and supporting testing and troubleshooting on the shop floor will also be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead electrical systems design for manufacturing




- Stamp and review electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Maintain compliance with Canadian Electrical Code and industry standards
- Work closely with production teams for integrated design efforts
- Conduct risk assessments and electrical load calculations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required
- Active P.Eng. license with 7–10 years of experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical and similar software
- PLC/HMI programming experience preferred
- Proven troubleshooting abilities in manufacturing contexts
