The Big Box is one of Calgary's exciting destinations for family fun, birthday parties and entertainment. From our indoor playground and attractions to aerial obstacle course, arcade games, bumper cars and food, we create memorable experiences for families every day.

We're looking for a confident, energetic and hands-on Guest Experience & Floor Supervisor to help lead our front-line team and keep our busy operation running smoothly.

This isn't a job where you sit in an office. You'll be right in the middle of the action—leading staff, helping guests, managing busy periods, solving problems and making sure every family leaves having had a great experience.

What you'll be responsible for:

- Lead and supervise the floor team during assigned shifts
- Help manage daily operations across attractions, guest areas and party activities
- Ensure team members are engaged, productive and delivering excellent customer service
- Support birthday parties and group events to ensure they run smoothly
- Handle guest questions, concerns and service recovery professionally
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance throughout the shift
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Help maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation standards throughout the facility
- Respond calmly and effectively during busy periods and unexpected situations
- Train and coach new team members
- Communicate operational issues and opportunities to management
- Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous supervisory, leadership, hospitality, entertainment, retail or customer service experience
- Is comfortable leading a young and energetic team
- Can stay calm and organized when the building gets busy




- Is proactive—you don't wait to be told about every problem
- Has strong communication and people skills
- Is comfortable dealing directly with customers and resolving concerns
- Is dependable, professional and accountable
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Is available to work a versatile schedule, including evenings and weekends

Experience in a family entertainment centre, restaurant, hotel, recreation facility, retail environment or similar fast-paced operation would be an asset. Why join The Big Box?

Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
