Join Keolis North America in Edmonton or Calgary as a Director of Project Management and ITSM Governance. This full time hybrid role is critical for aligning IT projects with broader business objectives through strategic oversight.In this role, you'll work closely with the CIO to execute large-scale technology initiatives and lead a team of skilled professionals. Your responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of projects, implementing governance processes, and ensuring effective communication across various stakeholders.



Your leadership will be essential in driving project success and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Create strategic priorities for IT initiatives aligned with business objectivesOversee complex projects while managing resources and budgetsRecruit and mentor a high-performing project management teamImplement Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologiesCollaborate with internal teams and external vendorsRequirements:Proven track record in leadership and project managementStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with IT service management practicesBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldRequired professional certifications: PMP, ITIL V4Leverage your strategic leadership and project management skills to transform IT initiatives at Keolis North America.#J-18808-Ljbffr
