As a Painter at MacLean, you will work within our state-of-the-art industrial paint booth, applying protective and decorative coatings with precision. Your role involves mixing paints, preparing surfaces, and maintaining essential spray equipment. With a focus on safety, you will contribute to high-quality production standards in the mining industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate industrial paint spray equipment
• Apply protective coatings to component parts
• Mix and prepare paints according to specifications
• Clean and prepare surfaces before painting
• Use overhead cranes and material handling devices safely
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Certificate of Completion
• 3-5 years industrial or automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift weights up to 40lbs
• Capacity to wear required safety equipment
• Willingness to undergo various training programs
