Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate client requirements gathering meetings • Create detailed design documentation • Actively participate in D365 CE system development • Interact with clients as the primary contact resource • Engage in Agile and Microsoft SureStep methodologies

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification a plus • Experience with Scribe and SQL Server Reporting Services • Knowledge of Field Service solutions
