Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead initiatives related to industrial engineering, continuous improvement, manufacturing innovation, and the development of internal capabilities. You will work closely with other departments to optimize processes, support growth, and strengthen operational performance.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Define your teams' priorities in alignment with business objectives and operational needsOversee time studies, capacity analyses, plant layouts, workstation balancing, and work method optimizationsEnsure the governance of major projects, including timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, expected benefits, and communicationsPromote industrial innovation through the implementation of technological solutions, automation, digitization, and new ways of workingLead projects aimed at improving productivity, capacity, quality, costs, lead times, ergonomics, and health and safetyStructure processes for continuous improvement, standardization, problem-solving, and production flow optimizationAnalyze performance metrics, identify variances, and recommend actions or projects to prioritizeCollaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of industrial initiativesMotivate and support your team by clarifying roles, priorities, expectations, and opportunities for developmentPromote a culture of sustainable performance, rigor, collaboration, innovation, health and safety, and continuous improvementCome push the boundaries of engineering with us.
