Overview We are currently searching for a warm, welcoming, articulate Guest Service Agent to ensure that every guest’s experience is relaxing and effortless—at arrival, departure and throughout the stay. We are passionate about intuitive guest service and creating a truly unique and personal experience for our guests

Key Responsibilities

- Promptly greeting guests with a welcome message anticipate guests’ needs and maintain positive guest relations at all times.
- Opening vehicle doors for guests and aiding in the removal of luggage and personal belongings
- Driving vehicles to designated areas and safely parking them
- Recording parking spots and placing guests’ keys in a safe location
- Retrieving vehicles when guests are ready to leave




- Directing traffic in the valet area and sometimes in parking lots
- Helping guests secure taxis or find their rideshare vehicles
- Giving directions to guests as needed
- Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards, maintaining a consistent luxury-level guest experience.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist with guest inquiries.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including lobby and luggage storage.
- Assist with luggage services: arrival, room moves, departure, and lost luggage inquiries.
- Correctly tag, store, retrieve, and deliver guest luggage and items (messages, packages, amenities, newspapers, etc.).
- Maintain accurate logs and respond to Bell Stand calls using proper etiquette.
- Keep equipment and luggage carts clean and in positive condition.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification and Skills Required

- High school diploma
- Experience in the same or similar role in a luxury setting preferred.
- Possess a Class 5 drivers license and have a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods.
- Required to speak, read, and write English.
- Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset.
- Must be able to endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down, remain stationary at times throughout work periods, lift up to 60 pounds.
- Available for flexible schedule including weekend or overnight shifts.
- Familiar with city, area, local attractions, and restaurants.

Visa Requirements Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $24.50-$27.00 per hour
