We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. Duties

- Welcome and check-in guests upon arrival, providing them with necessary information about their stay and hotel amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage phone systems to answer calls, take reservations, and provide information about hotel services.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Process check-outs efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction with their stay.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.




- Assist in managing front desk operations during peak times to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Solid customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
