We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, providing information about the hotel, handling reservations, and responding to inquiries. Our ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

The Guest Service

Agent must also be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.

- Provide guests with directions and assistance with their luggage.

- Process guest check-ins and check-outs.





- Proactive guest management to ensure positive environment for all guests.

- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.

- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions.

- Ensure that all guest requests are handled in a timely manner.

- Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Experience

- Tourism or hospitality: 1 year (required)

- Guest Service Supervisory and/or Management: 1 year (required)
