Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst / Lead Claims BA with strong expertise in the insurance claims domain and hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter experience.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter experience and a proven ability to lead Claims BA workstreams, work directly with clients and business stakeholders, and translate business requirements into effective Guidewire solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business analysis activities for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document requirements .
- Facilitate business workshops, requirements sessions, and claims process-mapping exercises .
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state claims processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Guidewire teams, developers, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support UAT, test planning, defect triage, and implementation activities .




- Provide functional guidance on insurance claims processes and Guidewire ClaimCenter best practices .
- Maintain requirements traceability and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5+ years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter experience .
- Robust insurance claims domain knowledge.
- Proven experience working as a Lead Business Analyst on Guidewire ClaimCenter projects.
- Experience with requirements gathering, functional analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and implementation .
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment .
