Responsibilities

- Assist hairstylists with client preparation, including shampooing, conditioning, and setting up styling tools
- Ensure the salon remains spotless by adhering to sanitation standards and cleaning stations regularly
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs promptly
- Support retail sales efforts by recommending hair care products tailored to client preferences
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments




- Communicate clearly with clients about services offered and promote upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
- Maintain organized workspaces and assist in inventory management of salon supplies

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of basic hair styling techniques is a plus; training will be provided for those eager to learn
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, energetic, with a positive attitude and excellent organizational skills
