Duties

- Deliver professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering expert advice on hair care and styling options
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by properly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations
- Upsell retail hair care products and treatments to enhance client results and increase sales revenue
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations




- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a professional Hairdresser or stylist with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
- Strong communication skills for effective consultation and team collaboration
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon setting
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships
- Basic retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Front desk or receptionist experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for all front desk duties
