Duties

- Deliver professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and features
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert advice on hair care and styling options
- Maintain a clean, sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety standards to ensure a protected environment for clients and staff
- Upsell retail hair care products by educating clients on their benefits and usage, increasing overall sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and answering inquiries promptly




- Conduct consultations to understand client desires and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development

Experience Proven experience as a professional Hairdresser or stylist with a strong portfolio of work showcasing diverse styles

- Must have an existing clientele
- Excellent communication skills to
- effectively interact with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability in customer service, ensuring a positive salon experience for every client
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures related to hairdressing tools and workspace hygiene
- Experience in retail sales or upselling products within a salon setting is preferred
