Duties

- Consult with clients to understand their hair styling preferences and recommend suitable looks
- Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, color, styling, blowouts, and treatments
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
- Upsell retail products that complement client services to enhance their overall experience
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions
- Communicate clearly with clients throughout their service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns




- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide top-tier service

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques and current trends
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment
