Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert advice on styles and treatments
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Upsell additional services or retail products that enhance clients’ looks and meet their individual needs
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients about their desired outcomes, aftercare instructions,



and product recommendations
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through continuous learning

Requirements

- Proven with a 2 year experience in hair styling, cutting, coloring, or related cosmetology services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently without being pushy
- Prior experience working at a front desk or handling appointment scheduling is preferred
- Valid cosmetology or hairstylist license as required by local regulations
