Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable handyman to help maintain a residential complex building with common areas and amenities.

Responsibilities

- Perform general repairs and maintenance around buildings and properties

- Repair or replace doors, locks, hinges, handles, and hardware

- Perform basic plumbing repairs

- Carry out minor electrical task such as replacing light fixtures

- Repair drywall, walls and ceilings

- Paint walls, doors, trim, and other surfaces

- Assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other fixtures

- Perform basic carpentry and woodworking

- Maintain and repair basic tools, equipment, and property structures

- Inspect properties to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards

- Respond to maintenance requests and complete work within scheduled deadlines.





- Keep work areas clean and dispose of debris properly

- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly

- Communicate with property owners, tenants, concierge and managers about repairs and maintenance needs

- Keep records of completed work, materials used, and maintenance issues
